Voeg hier het water, de ma\u00efzena en het suiker aan toe en roer dit goed, zodat de klontjes eruit gaan. Verwarm dit en laat zachtjes koken. Blijf roeren tot je een soort behanglijm hebt. Als het stevig is haal je de pan van het vuur. Voeg de boter in klontjes toe en daarna de eierdooiers \u00e9\u00e9n voor \u00e9\u00e9n, terwijl je blijft roeren. Je krijgt nu de bekende gele kleur van lemoncurd.
