Dat heeft ze al tientallen jaren, geen idee meer van wie. De tekst begint met een geruststellende mededeling:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Deze notencake werd vaak gemaakt met Pasen. Maar het hele jaar door is hij net zo lekker hoor.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gelukkig maar, anders kon ik nu alweer stoppen. Daar gaan we!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Notencake: het recept<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>50 gram hazelnoten<\/li><li>50 gram walnoten<\/li><li>50 gram ontpitte dadels \u00a0(of\u00a0 30 gram dadels en 30 gram gewelde pruimen )<\/li><li>200 gram boter op kamertemperatuur<\/li><li>200 gram suiker<\/li><li>Mespunt zout<\/li><li>4 eieren op kamertemperatuur<\/li><li>200 gram bloem (gezeefd)<\/li><li>1 eetlepel koekkruiden (gezeefd)<\/li><li>1 eetlepel gembersiroop<\/li><li>100 gram poedersuiker (om\u00a0 glazuur te maken)<\/li><li>Paar druppels amandelessence of limoensap<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bereiding<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Verwarm de oven voor op 160 graden. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hazelnoten, walnoten en dadels grof hakken. Ik gebruik pecannoten in plaats van walnoten en hak alle noten in de keukenmachine. Daarna met een mixer met de boter, suiker en mespunt zout piekig roeren. Gebruik hiervoor een houten pollepel. De grof gehakte noten en dadels met 1 eetlepel gembersiroop snel door het beslag scheppen. Na wat rondneuzen op Google blijkt voor dit alles wel een goede reden. De cake nu in de vorm iets laten afkoelen en wanneer de kanten loskomen, verder op een rooster afkoelen. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Glazuur maken<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Roer 100 gram poedersuiker glanzend met eventueel een paar druppels amandelessence en wat warm water. Ik heb limoensap gebruikt in plaats van amandelessence, superlekker!
